Bernard McCoy

As a native of Winston-Salem, NC, Jonathan Bernard McCoy attended the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County public schools and graduated from North Forsyth.  He served in the Army National Guard for more than 20 years and did coursework in catering at Davidson Community College. He worked at Sara Lee in several divisions (Bali and Champion) and Pepsi Bottling Company prior to becoming Executive Chef at Malachi House in Greensboro, NC and Salvation Army Center of Hope as Kitchen Supervisor.  Bernard has also maintained his own business since 2008 as J. Bernard Caterers. He is an associate minister at Rescue Temple # 1 in Greensboro, NC. Bernard is currently on the Board of the new and emerging Recovery Cafe Network of Greensboro, NC.
